What’s your signature dish?
Here at Faithful Hands Catering we are very versatile with our signature dishes but our most popular item will be our sandwich platters.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to start off with the vision of the client. From there if any enhancements is needed to menu that's when I will step in and give the best option I have.
What do you love most about your job?
I love bringing the customer vision to life. Even beyond that I love creating flavors that the customer will love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cooking has always been a passion for me, after graduating from culinary arts my heart was more on creating my own lane and building a business of my own. Plus the love I have for cooking I just want to be able to express it in my way.

Yes, we are in the process of creating a class for cooking online. It will be the basics of cooking and just being comfortable in the kitchen for those who are just don't know they way around.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My Staff and I follow all covid safety rules to keep our customers and us protected. We make sure we washing hands on a timed matter, disinfecting all areas, and mostly wearing a mask while making deliveries or doing drop off services.
