About

I have spent the past twenty years devoted to fitness. As a young man, I spent my earlier years competing in athletics ranging from martial arts to track and field. As i became older my responsibilities in the martial arts studio grew and i began teaching the younger students and, once experienced enough, the adults as well.

He was one of the first people i met when approaching the gym. He was extremely friendly, professional, and made it clear he was a motivated athlete and trainer. Q&As

Well everybody has a differnet starting place. What may work for one client may not be whats necessary or even work for another. Because of this I find it very important that you ans your clients have a very clear understanding of their goals and setting up a plan (workout routine, diet etc) in order to achieve the goal

Descipline. We all have days where we over/under eat or weve all missed a workout or two before. The goal is to not make a habit out of the bad habits but to correct yourself when you do and continue workong towards whatever your current fitness goal is.

Helping someone achieve something thee once thought they couldnt. Its one of the most rewarding feelings ever.

I have over a decade in learning how to move the body and pushing it to its limits.
I am a ex D1 athlete, 2nd degree black belt, active fighter (boxing) and am hot yoga certified.
I learned and study all of these different desciplines in order to be able to meet my clients to where their goals and needs are at, no matter what their goals may be.

Online training is available for those who have to great of a distance to travel

All clients are given the Propper spacing between me and anyone else in the facility while training. All equipment is wiped and cleaned periodicaly.

Through boxing multpile goals can be accomplished. Wether you are training to lose weight, gain muscle, learn self defense, compete or just learn something new and functional boxing can do that for you.
