Exclusive Affairs team was amazing! We hosted a party of 40+ people in our home and Exclusive Affairs team REALLY took the stress away of having to prep a four course meal while trying to enjoy our guests. Best experience I’ve ever had as far as hiring an at home catering service. They cooked, cleaned, and kept our guests filled and satisfied. So many compliments from our guests on their awesome tasty food. I can’t forget that they took special care by tailoring to my husbands vegan diet. I absolutely loved the option of having the appetizers passed around to our guests! Super classy! The canoli’s, tiramisu, bruschetta, just everything was absolutely delicious!! There is only one suggestion I can make, on the yummy chicken piccata, i recommend cutting the chicken in halves. Aside from that….superb service and we will most definitely use Exclusive Affairs for any future events we host. Thank you again for your amazing services and good! Chef Sammy is the truth. I don’t know what he did to this salmon and Asian inspired cole slaw dish I had but I’ve never in my life tasted anything like it! He also catered a surprise bday brunch for one of my friend and everyone was enamores by the presentation, variety and flavor. His niche is combining Caribbean and Spanish flavors to create his own unique flare. He and his assistant Megan are punctual and professional. I hired Exclusive affairs for a intimate birthday brunch celebration for my cousin. Chef came up with the menu the food was out of this world. They were very easy and quick to coordinate the event with. Showed up on time. Chef Samuel cooked on site at a airbnb rental we had.
