Evolv3 is exactly like the theme song from the show Cheers - ''Sometimes you want to go. Where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came". At Evolv3, you're more than just a member of a gym. You're part of a family. I started out training with Billy a few years ago, and have been going to Evolv3 since they opened their doors! I absolutely love being part of the Evolv3 gym and Evolv3 family. As somebody who has always struggled with weight, the support here is unmatched among anywhere I have ever worked out. Each workout is unique and challenging. Before, during and after each workout the trainers check in to see how you are doing in and outside of the gym. The constant support motivates me and I look forward to every single class and training session! I have been with Kelly & Pam for about 3 years now and both have really helped me make the lifestyle change that I needed. When I first started working with them, I was overweight and frustrated by exercise plans that seemed gimmicky. As someone who grew up as an athlete, I wanted a plan that was strength based and really pushed me. At Evolv3, the best thing about the gym and the trainers is that they take the time to get to know you and your goals. When I started, I needed to get wedding ready - they got me there and I looked fabulous and felt confident. Today, I am back in after an injury and working back towards what I know I am capable of. They push me when I need it and modify every class and activity to make sure that I can do it when I need that too.Evolv3 is a community of people committed to a healthy lifestyle. I have always worked out, but I definitely needed a change and boost to my workouts. 2 years ago I joined a 6 week challenge here at Evolv3 and since I had such great results, I knew this was going to be just what I needed. So a few months later I joined and it was the best decision I ever made. Even though I knew what needed to be done as far as my diet and exercise, I needed that accountability factor. Kelly, Billy, Pam, Matt, and Debbie are amazing trainers, and practice what they preach. Each one of them gets to know you, and encourages you to do your best. Kelly keeps me focused not only in classes, but in our training sessions. My whole lifestyle has changed especially my eating habits. I have never been as strong as I am now, and I continue getting stronger every day with Kelly pushing me to reach my goals. I absolutely love how I feel ! Just about a year ago I was given a gift certificate to Evolv3. I was extremely reluctant to join a new gym but I eventually decided to take the plunge and try it out. The decision to go that one time was the best decision I made in 2017! I started with personal training sessions twice a week and now I take the group classes 4-5 times a week. Evolv3 has now become part of my weekly routine and I love it. Everyone is supportive and challenges you to be your best self!
