What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is a Filipino Chicken Adobo. One of the many national dishes of the Philippines, this is a chicken braised leg with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns and bayleaves served with garlic rice.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create the perfect menu for my clients, I always listen to what they are celebrating which tells me the vibe they are going for. Usually, they have something specific in mind which I make my own best versions of. Some clients like to be surprised. If they are up for it, I thank them for their trust and blow them away with new creations.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part about my job is meeting new people, because I feel like I'm always one person away from a good friendship and several opportunities. Food is a gateway to experiences, a chance to bond and celebrate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business since I realized that people started asking me if I could cook for them for more money that I could be earning in restaurants. I love the fluidity of my schedule, and the numerous possibilities of food that come along with it.

Every prospective client should choose me because they feel right at home when they choose my service. I accommodate requests within reason with hospitality.

I do not provide my services online or remotely. Cooking food always requires a chef's presence but I can deliver my food without any setup or cleanup.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my clients safe from Covid-19, I've made sure to take the steps to protect myself from it. Otherwise, I do NOT require my clients to have vaccinations. If they are sick, I try my best to either reschedule the event or postpone it completely for everyone's safety.
Meal Prep
I come to your home once a week, and make between 12-14 meals for you. The menu is customized based on your flavor and dietary preferences.

Celebrating an occasion? We can design a menu for you. We celebrate a range of occasions from Bachelorette Parties, Wedding Rehearsals, Birthdays, among others.
