My daughter and I had no idea where to begin with planning a wedding and we didn’t think we could afford a wedding planner, but we were wrong, we could not afford not to have a wedding planner. Julie and her daughter, Chelsi, travelled to Albuquerque to put on the most extravagant wedding for my precious daughter. All the details were lovingly handled with care . They formed exquisite flower arrangements in simple bird cages for the tables and decorated the altar in an amazing but simple way. I couldn’t have even imagined how perfect it all came together. After Julie created such a beautiful experience for our son's wedding, we contacted her to see if she was available to help with the florals and decor of our daughter's wedding. Julie's expertise gives her the ability to see the "big picture" of the entire day, and this means everything will look lovely, not just the florals. She and her team continued THAT entire morning AND afternoon, making sure all the details were taken care of. Even when ideas came up, that weren't originally discussed, her girls found a way to make them happen. I think I could have asked them for a cascading waterfall and pond with swans in the middle of the venue floor, and they would have come through the door with swans and a landscaping crew! The morning of the wedding Julie gave very thoughtful gifts to our daughter that we were not expecting. It is obvious that brides and their families are more than clients. Julie Provided services for our Wedding on 9/21/18. She provided both our Decor, and wedding planning service. All we can say is that were very grateful to have connected with her. She gave us our wedding visually exactly what we envisioned it. She also was very organized and worked hard for us to make sure our wedding day was special. Julie and her team made my wedding beautiful, they have a great eye for decorating. Obviously tell her what you like but at the end of the day, let her do her thing and she'll make your wedding look great! I think everyone should get her son Taylor to drive their car to the hotel because it is beautiful. The floral was beautiful. Overall everything looked just great. Not only did she make things look amazing but she also organized me hooking up with my amazing photographer, Suzy Taylor, and even my makeup, hair, dj, and cake vendors as well! I had this Kate Spade decor concept in my mind and wasn’t sure how it would come together on day of wedding but Julie did a FABULOUS job making my dream a reality. Julie and her team did an amazing job organizing and setting up our wedding! We had a fantastic time and didn’t have to worry about anything, but instead we could focus on each other. She’s the first wedding coordinator I’ve seen who had a schedule printed out for us which she handed out at the rehearsal. It was a big help. My daughter was married at the Baker building in June 2018. The event was wonderful and a large part of the credit goes to our Wedding Planner, Julie Hodges. Julie's company, Eventfully Yours, did an outstanding job of getting us organized, arranging vendors, keeping us on schedule and managing the entire live event.

The attention to detail was astounding, above and beyond what I expected. Every corner of the Baker building had some small detail that made our daughters wedding very special. The event went off without a hitch because Julie was there every step of the way showing us what to do and when to do it.

One of our guests described the wedding as "magical" and that sums up how we feel about Julie and Eventfully Yours. It was magical!

Well, I have only ever written one review before, and that was on a kitchen product.
However, I couldn't not write a review on how wonderfully Julie Hodges at Eventfully Yours coordinated our daughter's wedding at the Historic Baker Building. I am pretty certain that she is underpaid for everything she does!! I am not sure how she accomplishes so much, and stays so calm, except that she also has an amazing staff!! Thank you to Kim Stecklein-Halsted, Chelsi Henderson, and the others whose names I did not get, for all your hard work!! They each went above and beyond to serve us and to accomplish a perfect wedding, and they did it all with a smile and calm attitude.
Julie does more than is required, because each event becomes personal to her, and you immediately feel like she is a good friend!

Where to even begin! Julie is so amazing! I did not have to worry about a thing during or leading up to my wedding! I was able to text her during the day or even at night and she would respond. She was always so excited for my wedding and showed it in text messages with emojis, in person, etc. She did everything I asked from her even things I asked her a million times to do but she listened to me again and again. She not only was my wedding coordinator but a friend and apart of my life now. This experience has been amazing. She is worth the money and the time! Julie is easy to talk to and gives her ideas along with what you would want. At the wedding she took pictures and that was the best thing ever because all pictures are memories and she does this because she wants each individual to remember their special day.
