We were looking for supplies for a party and had a hard time finding exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. U Party's delivery fee was half the price of others. U Party was a great find and a solid investment in my backyard party event. Communication is all via text which can seem sketchy but they are responsive and they have a dependable say-do ratio. With that, it no longer mattered communication was via text. The equipment was delivered in good and clean shape during the window of time they predicted. Their windows of time are also 30 minutes so you're not dealing with 4 hour guesses that eat into your day. I rented tables, chairs, linen (available as one of their bundles) and a heater. We also were given several image options that we could use for the photo strip, and when we requested to upload our own image to match our invitations they were able to accommodate without any hesitation. They even hung our neon sign from the backdrop which added a nice touch and was one less thing we had to worry about setting up.
