Eric was always a pleasure to work with. We purchased a small one level house ( two bedrooms one and a 1/2 bathroom) because we love the property. We decided to transform (gut-renovation) our house into a place that would accommodate three children and a dog. Eric was a great listener and his design was not only outstanding aesthetically but functional. 10 years later, I can't think of anything we would have done differently. in 2014, my wife and I hired Eric to help renovate and add an addition to our 200+ year old home in Millbrook, NY.
