Recently had damage to power line mast from fallen tree as result recent storm. I called numerous electrical contractors, many who generally have great reviews and service BUT because they were all so overwhelmed as result storm damages everywhere in DFW most would not make efforts to come provide estimate or EVEN return my calls. Jack at EPICAL answered EVERY time I called, had a man (Christian) here within hours to help. Christian was professional, fair and insightful to my needs. We quickly agreed on a great price and he had guys out here EARLY a day later. They did the job quickly, efficiently and properly. They were also VERY professional & gracious! Was looking for an electrician to do a small commercial kitchen job. Found Epical, where else, on Google. Called and spoke with Jack Burcie, the owner and a Master Electrician. He was finishing up a job and said he would come over. Less than an hour later he is in my store. Another hour and he’s done. Great service and great work. As a small business owner, I appreciate great service. So today I needed some light electrical work done at my restaurant. Â I found Epical Electric Services online and took a chance. What a great experience!Jack Burcie, a master electrician, answered the phone and in less than 2 hours my appliance was up and running. Hello, I would like to share my experience. I called around to multiple electricians for assistance diagnosing an issue with a tripping breaker. Multiple companies immediately told me they do not support residential customers and immediately hung up the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone listened to my issue and spent 20 minutes on the phone trying his best to understand my issue and offer solution options.
