What can I say about this team of individuals. From the moment I reached out to them, they have been great!!! Arsen and Luke were both so helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to what my needs were and put together a package that included everything I needed, even some items I didn't know I needed, but it was also at a reasonable price. They were always available when I needed them. The day of my event, I had the pleasure of working with their team Josh, Andrew, and Scott. These three came in and got the equipment set up quickly, and it all looked great. We had to pivot and switch gears 15 minutes before the event started and both Josh and Andrew listened to the concerns, came up with a game plan and executed in enough time that they were done before the event started. I've previously wrote a review for this company, but thought that I would let you all know that I have re-booked them for 2 future birthday parties because of their expertise, friendliness, professionalism, and pricing. If you are looking for a movie in the backyard I highly recommend this company. The owners Arsen and Luke will take great care of you! The events that I use them for are specifically for my teenage kids who wanted a birthday party at home, that wasn't babyish, and where they could have as many friends as my house could hold! More...

I worked with Empire Lakes to organize an outdoor movie night at an elementary school and I cannot recommend them highly enough. LAUSD requires LOTS of specific paperwork and safety details, and Empire Lakes made that process easier than other vendors by being responsive and understanding. On the day of our event, their staff members were punctual, friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Did I mention they also had the lowest quote out of everyone we reached out to? These guys really made a special night, even more special. My wife's birthday was coming up and she didn't typically celebrate big, but this was different. She is going into remission from stage 4 lymphoma, this was after a tough year and a half of battling it. Not to mention we were just married 2 years. So suffice it to say, she has been though a lot. Anyway, she tasked me with planning her birthday, which is not my preference (I'm more of a fly by the seat of your pants guy). After much deliberation. I wanted to have a backyard movie night. Not just any backyard movie night but one that will show the video that her family around the country had a hand in making. I messaged empire lakes production and Arsen got back to me immediately, he gave a great price and was a pleasure to deal with. During the actual event, the screen itself was far more then my expectations. We had some technical difficulties but Patrick (the tech setting up) worked tirelessly to fix the issue and make my wife's birthday one to remember (we played "clueless", lol). I couldn't be happier with Empire Lakes Productions. We rented a blow-up screen and related audio for a school-wide movie night. There were over 300 people in attendance and this team advised me from the start on how to think about what to rent. Their technical staff on-site was extraordinary, including helping me troubleshoot a challenge I inadvertently created that could have upended the entire evening. They were great!! The communication was excellent. Patrick even texted me that he was 5 minutes behind schedule! The set up was perfect, picture, sound quality, and was quite impressive. Rented the 20ft for my daughters birthday. Â Luke was extremely attentive and was easy to work with when figuring out what I needed. Â They were on time and set up very fast. Â The screen was huge and the picture was great quality. Â My wifi was too far from the backyard so I used my phone as a hotspot and we had no issues streaming. Â Texted them at the end for pickup and they were there within 20 minutes. Â After a long party I didn't want to wait up for the guy breaking down, but he was done and packed up before I even finished putting our chairs away. What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2020, as the world scrambled to adjust to the pandemic, we were struck by how isolating it felt to be afraid of gathering with loved ones. We wanted to create opportunities to safely enjoy your time with others. So, we started out with drive-in and outdoor movies. As the pandemic eased, we loved being part of events so much that we expanded to other types of events.

We make it as easy as possible for you to actually enjoy the event you are putting on. Starting from the very beginning, we provide free consultations to make sure we know exactly what you need. Even if you don’t know what you need yet, we can help you think it through. We have partnerships with a wide variety of venues and vendors to make catering and location-finding a breeze. We also provide fast and reliable set-up and takedown, as well as event management, to ensure your event runs smoothly.
