I had surgery at the end of March to repair a torn quad/ruptured patella tendon. I was told that recovery would be long and unpleasant. The long part was on point but the team at Elite has been fantastic to work with. I've still got some work left to do with them but I'm so happy with the progress I've made with this group coaching me, encouraging me and kicking my butt when I need it. They make me feel like getting me back to 100% is personal to them and that I'm not just another Client. I actually look forward to my rehab sessions. It's a great facility with an exceptional staff. Elite has great group classes that push you hard and are a lot of fun! The instructors are top notch and really care about what they are doing. My son has been going to the the

Elite has a fantastic staff. I have now been with trainer Matt Malcuit once a week for 7 weeks. I have dropped 24lbs and have a new outlook on life. They have trainers to fit your specific needs and you are paired with the right one for you. The rest of the staff is always around and willing to help . They always have a smile for you. I am almost 50 and on my way to being in the best shape of my life. I cant thank Matt enough for what he has taught me. I look forward to every training session. More...

The physical therapy department was outstanding. I've been to other places for physical therapy and they would just put me on a machine, leave me alone with to work with somebody else. Here at elite physical therapy they greeted me every time I walked in, they sat me down and took good care of me, and put heat and ice on me when I needed it. Where I was weak they got my strength back. I never thought that I would be moving and lifting things the way they trade me to move my body. I'd like to thank them all Larry and Kathi and all the other ones just said hi to me every time I was in there, outstanding experience and great work on their part. After an unexpected hip replacement in March physical therapy was a must and I couldn't have had a better team of physical therapists than at Elite! After 7 years I left the big box gym in search of someplace that respected their members and took care of their needs. I have been here for 3 weeks and I feel so much at home! The atmosphere is so different--they actually care!!!! They are always going the extra mile to engage you in activities and keep you interested in trying new classes and activities. They have spray bottles everywhere so you can clean your equipment after use.....not like my old gym where they had 3 bottles for the whole gym that were constantly empty. I am so happy I switched and wish I had done it 7 years ago! Best decision. More...

I have been working with Pete and his team at Elite fitness since October. They have been invaluable on my journey to not only losing over 100 lbs. but supporting my desire to live a more active and healthy lifestyle. Over there last 10 months there has never been a bad day, the staff beams with positive vibes at all times. In addition to a individual program that Pete has developed and adjusted for me, he also has taken the time to work with my 10 yr old daughter to stay in shape over the summer. Always a step ahead of the "Personal health industry " Most fitness establishments are clean and have a friendly staff . The difference here is the knowledge not only that of Peter and Keith " Owners " , but the entire staff. You can literally ask any fitness employee a question and receive the correct answer.
"Elite Health and Fitness Center " keeping me healthy for over 20 years!

i love this place. it is a privately owned gym with everything you could possibly need. they offer a variety of group classes, including several les mills options. they also have crossfit, spin and private personal training, as well as a shake bar. they are constantly improving the facility and adding new offers. the only negative is that there is no pool, although that doesn't bother me in the slightest, but i know many people prefer a gym with one. My husband and I have been going for about a year and a half. The cost of membership is well worth it. Even when it's busy there's always equipment available. The staff is friendly and approachable. This is the best gym in stoughton for many reasons compared to the competition.

1. has stair masters (that are not broken)
2. no cleaning people cleaning around you while your working out
3. has outdoor bike rack - its nice to ride your bike to the gym
4. you can pay in full
5.building is in good condition - no paint or ammonia fumes
6.plenty of room to stretch out
7. free wifi - nice to watch music videos while you work out

In conclusion, when you try other gyms in this area, this one is just better
