I am incredibly grateful for this place! I've been going here for a little under a year, and I've never had a negative experience. Sandra has helped me with so much, I can feel that she truly cares about my well-being. She's a blessing.The staff is so warm and kind - I always look forward to seeing Rose and Carrie when I check in! I’ve always had good experiences with Dr. Monroy and his staff.Dr.Monroy has taken the time to call me personally and help resolve medications issues and other medical issues that I had. I’ve never had trouble checking in, or with the intake personnel. I’ve been seen in a timely manner, and if the doc was running behind, he came out to personally let me know. I'm sorry, but i don't see how any of the nurse practitioners or staff is rude in anyway... They're always very nice and kind to welcome you. I've had anything but a hard time here. The Doctor knows what hes doing, as well as the staff he's hired. You can't expect to go to a doctor and have them do all the work to help you, its a shared effort. Man, oh man! If you think this place is bad, then you've obviously seen nothing yet!When I had first moved here, I've been to three other places to seek help before Elite DNA. All of which, did not help and felt as if they couldn't care less about my situation! This is how most of these places work though, its very hard to find a good doctor and with exceptional staff. Thank God i found this place!I don't understand what most of these people here seems to expect. This is a doctors office, not a miracle house. They are very busy and can't beat around the bush. They are busy because they are good. Simple as that.The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners here are psychiatrists, not psychologists. I can only assume that the people here believe the two are one in the same. Hope that this helps clear things up!Thank you guys.P.S. All four of my children go to the port charlotte office and see Amanda dittmer and I could not be more happy with the severices she provides to myself and all my children she always takes her time to hear what my children has to say and responds to them in a way and language they understand and they really love her she always makes time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions and any concerns or problems I may have or my children may have she is amazing and always makes appt around my schedule and my children's needs tobe seen in an emergency visits to normal seeing all of them in one day visits and always fixes the problems with pharmacy issues right away and never leaves me wondering what is going on and the other staff that workwithher to her nurse and regestration and schedulers are o e of a kind amazing. .. So glad for her and the people that care there at DNA recommend to many people and all my family members ... Jamie and Noel are excellent counselors at this facility. They have great strategies and a support system for my daughter who has ASD, and a range of other issues. The ladies up front are always so nice to me and great at scheduling my daugher months out in advance to make sure she gets her weekly time slots. Dr. Arias is a great physician. He knows his stuff and is rite on target. His staff is super friendly and they make you feel part of a family. You are never alone and what a comforting feeling. Dr Arias has a friendly soft approach and he listens too you and is concerened. Ive been with his ofc for over 10 years and trust him in my geriactric years. Dr. Arias rocks! He makes you smile even when having a bad day. The first time I met him I knew I made the right choice. Finding a good doctor is quite difficult. It seems most only care about the money and not the patient. The medication he has put me on has changed my life. No other doctor even thought of it. I recommend everyone I know to Dr. Arias. Give him a try, after the first visit you will see why everyone loves him. Oh, and the office staff are the best! I have never met anyone there that didn't look like they loved their job. They are always smiling and know you by name as soon as you walk in. Some even remember your voice if you call, without giving a name.
