I have trained with Elise for the last 2 years and I am so happy I did. She is very patient when it comes to movements and ability, yet I know that every session I made a difference in my skill level. Elise will push you sometimes more than you'd like but not more than you can handle. She always makes it fun, it took me a bit to have a positive relationship with working out. I develop a plan that can be adhered to consistently. Being consistent is key to achieving any goal, whether it is adjusting diet, training plan or adding minor changes to both making it something that can be implemented is key. I will listen to the client's goals, current schedule and determine best practices so that they are successful.

The secret is there is no secret. Whether you are looking to drastically change the game or get a slight edge. It takes buy in, dedication, consistency, integrity and patience. As long as you are willing to put in the work and be patient anything is possible.

I love impacting those around me by improving their daily lives. Becoming more centered mentally, emotionally and obviously physically. But it is all connected, bring the training full circle and seeing their results is my favorite.

I wanted to provide clients an opportunity to be coached, trained and cared for as I do.

I have personal experience in dieting, gaining, strength training, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. I have been an athlete my entire life and look to use that experience to help others. I may not know exactly your journey but I do have the experience to add value and improve it based on your needs / desires.

Yes, I can training online / remote. Completely dependent on the client's needs, both online programming and check-ins or if requested zoom is also available for technique check / check-ins.
