Elijah Sacra produces awesome results in a short period of time. I came to him with a serious injury in my brain and neck that I have lived with for over 25 years.
I have seen all types of orthopedic doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. Nothing has worked until I met Elijah. He knew exactly what to do and prescribed a series of exact exercises to rehabilitate my body. It took no more than a few weeks and I was significantly down on my pain medication. I admit it. I was a skeptic. You could even say I was fearful. A friend referred me due to back pain and stiffness. Oh. My. Goodness. They made a believer out of me! While my results are probably not typical, I had nearly immediate relief (within 24 hours). Not only was my back pain gone, the ringing in my ears was gone, the jaw pain was gone, my teeth stopped shifting, shoulder and knee pain were gone. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
My clients learn to train in a way that is simple and sustainable. They learn how to establish fitness and lifestyle "tools for their toolbox" that will be relevant for the rest of their life and can be scaled accordingly as they age with a focus on injury prevention and human performance.
What do you love most about your job?
I have establish long standing partnerships with my clients to help them reach their goals in a career spanning over two decades. Through a combination of applied knowledge, communication, and consistency I spend my day helping humans achieve, sustain, and experience the best version of themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the first decade in my career as a health and wellness professional, I lived with severe chronic neck and back pain from injuries sustained from my time serving in the US. Marine Corps. I tried every system available searching for answers, but with only minimal results. During the second decade of my career, I discovered several Functional Movement systems and the practice of Functional Medicine which helped me tremendously. Through this process, I have learned how to maximize human potential and guide my clients to achieve optimal health and wellness at any age or fitness level.
