Q&As

I believe that being aware of the situation at hand determines everything else. Paying attention to the details, it's something that should be in all of us, but for me it happens a little more naturally. It should always bother the photographer of not getting "the shot". How and when to anticipate what's called the decisive moment, which is the point in time when all of the elements fall into place and when the story is at its highest. Not being aware of your surroundings or the situation that's being built, at that moment, is immensely a skill that not many of us have. Every photographer will and needs to say lighting, composition, etc. Being a person with that added sense or ability goes exceptionally well with a person that can communicate in achieving a clearer vision. Great stills generally have a clear idea of what the core subject of the photograph is and will need to be.

Above all general questions being talked about or having to be mentioned. What are the most important areas we should focus on? I would like to know if they may have envisioned, at some point of their search, if something is impossible to achieve. What are the important keys of the event to be aware of? If there will be a "VIP" moment, Very Important Picture, the client wants to capture, . What has you up at night about this concern? Always have and keep an open line of communication to assure the client(s) that I am there ready for them with any new concerns or questions.

The opportunity to capture the moment for others to see and being part of that actual moment. I am always humbled by every opportunity that I am able to be part of. My brain registers the moment like a recording. When the client ends up ultimately content with the the images captured it is the best feeling ever. Trying to anticipate the best moment at which to engage the shutter is an exciting feeling. Being able to add my own creative spin on the stills I catch makes it extremely satisfying for myself.

In all honesty, I became sick and tired of others taking advantage of my generosity and kindness. As the great boxer Mike Tyson is quoted saying "everyone has a plan 'til they get punch in the mouth." In the beginning of my photography journey I allowed myself to absorb the whole experience and I am truly grateful for every opportunity giving. From volunteering my time for the homeless in Miami, big gala events for Breast Cancer month, to helping out less fortunate school kids with back to school event with non profits and community driven establishments. I learned that with photography certain moments become part of you and I noticed how some did take advantage, some results were based on how badly I wanted it. After taking a step back these years with the pandemic, as many independents and freelance individual have, I decided to take the time to invest in my dream and apply all these past efforts to my business and my passion.

Being a passionate photographer and having a hidden entrepreneur spirit. I decided this year to fully engulf myself in my dream of owning a production business and eventually create my own non-profit. But with every experience I learned to continue honing my skills, be a little more extroverted in meeting people, and actually putting time into utilizing my passion of photography in help making my dream in a successful business that I would make me proud of.

Piggy backing off the above question, clients should choose me because the journey has humbled me. It has made me seen the best of me and like any journey the worst is a little mixed in as well. These moments have made me the person I am and the passionate photographer that I want to continue being and developing. I bring many elements to the table, I am a jack of all trades, but a master of none. I hope to change that now, with your help, I want to master the craft of being a successful entrepreneur, business man and help others alone the way. I have a big heart and feel with every successful person there should exists a want to help make others successful in whatever they are going thru. My professionalism, attention to detail, dedication, integrity will speak for itself. What one of my goals, on top of creating a nonprofit, is with every opportunity to always donate a percentage of the profits to a humanitarian cause.

As a professionally licensed barber stylist for the past 6 years. And a background in the medical field for over 20 years. Public health is without say embedded in my head. It has put a sense of cleanliness, sanitation and sterilization in all my daily practices. The person that I am, trying to be in the know, I am a certified contact tracer thru John Hopkins University, this consisted of training and education of knowing how Covid 19, or any virus, can be spread thru public interactions.

After the FDA gave approval to the use of vaccines I decided to be vaccinated. In order to be able to comply with certain establishment requirements and in some states there are no exceptions to the rule. I am up to date vaccinated and will be boosting when I will be required to do so. I believe in wearing face coverings especially during large mass gatherings. I am open to dialogue and feedback at all times.
