I have been a student of Lydia's for a year now, and I couldn't imagine learning from anyone else. Lydia is a phenomenal aerial dance instructor; she will teach you how to fly beautifully through the air while demonstrating priority in your safety and overall well being. The location she currently teaches out of has 35 feet tall ceilings, making the possibilities for dance endless. I urge you to try a class with Four Elements Aerial as you will not regret it. More...

I absolutely love Four Elements! I take all of the classes - pole, trapeze, silks, lyra, pilates, dance, conditioning, and more. The instructors are so very knowledgable and super encouraging. I LOVE THIS STUDIO!!! After a bad experience I had with another studio in town, I set out to find a new place to show me the way of aerial silks! Google pointed me in the direction of Four Elements, and I couldn't have asked for a better group of instructors!! Lydia pushes me to be better, but works with me and my ankle injury. In a few short months I had a full 5 minute silk routine to show my friends and family!!! Everyone is so helpful, professional, and there are so many different types of classes, it's a one stop shop!! I recommend this studio to everyone I know!!!! More...

This studio is peace. It is challenge. It is beauty. It is grunting effort. And it is graceful bliss. The teachers here are one-in-a-billion human beings. Every one of them. I LOVE 4E! Started coming here almost a year ago because working out was boring and I always wanted to try pole dancing. .. One class with Luki Martino and I was hooked (and sore... but it gets better!). I had NO experience and even less strength but it has been amazing to see my body transform and be able to see the crazy upside-down stuff I can do now that I never imagined would be possible. Cute little studio downtown, so it's awesome for getting drinks/dinner after a hard class! Great place to laugh, play and grow as an aerialist -- I'm so glad I took a chance and came to Four Elements because now it's my home-away-from-home and I can't imagine my life without 4E in it.
