How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work with them and show them how it needs to be done one step at a time. My goal is for you to eventually not need me. I teach body tools. I see myself as a stepping stone... one day at a time you let goals, crush them then set new ones and repeat. 'You can give a man a fish and he has a meal for a day or you can teach a man how to fish he can eat for life!"

You are the secret to the body of your dreams. You need a teacher for education ... well you also need a teacher to learn the right tools and techniques to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. That's where I come in.
What do you love most about your job?
My clients... that moment they surpass a goal (no matter how small) they never thought they could obtain and all they needed was encouragement, a little training and someone to believe in them.
