I believe that food is medicine. My goal is to support your choices for the healthiest diet designed for your unique body. I offer a six month series "Food is Medicine RVA" to help you reverse your chronic illness and optimize and strengthen your immune system.

I use the principles of functional medicine that are designed for root-cause solutions for your health concerns. Classes are once per month via Zoom and designed for you to attend from the safety of your own home. These classes include lectures, cooking tips and recipes, exercises to improve self-care and lifestyle management. Additional resources will also include a private Facebook page so members can reach out to each other for support, share successes and help to problem solve specific concerns.
