Proof that looks can be deceiving. We weren't sure it was even a restaurant when we pulled up. This place is great! Not only is everything gluten free, it's also organic. For breakfast I've tried the Avocado Toast, Trout Benedict and Pastami Hash (x2). Each item was amazing. For lunch I've had the Shrimp Roll, Wagyu Brisket Sandwich and the BLTA. Again great dishes. I would recommend, the above, to anyone. Amazing. Calvin was super knowledgeable and helpful. They have a to go fridge with things you can use for cooking, ready meals (I saw things you never see, lobster pot pie, grits etc) and baked goods. Element saves dinner! I can't tell you how much I love this place: I stop in all the time for the marinated beets, smoked trout or just to pick up a healthy (fish) dessert. But there is so much more! Today we got the family size marinated chicken and i want to order it every week forever - - it was beautiful and came with heaps of gorgeous roasted vegetables, including leafy greens, squash, tomatoes.
