I would want to discuss logistics first…time, location, number of clients, etc. Then I would want to get a feel for the look they have in mind for their pictures. This helps me determine if we want to use natural light or studio lighting…what types of backgrounds or environmental elements would work best to achieve that look. Finally, we will discuss budget and pricing.

If doing a wedding, the list of questions is quite extensive and I have a packet to fill out that helps the couple decide on everything from the key moments they want to have photographed to the little things they want in their wedding album that make the for that memorable day!

People. I love to meet new people. Having your picture taken is uncomfortable to say the least. I make it my goal in each photoshoot to take away that discomfort by being patient with the client as we work together until we get the shot they were looking for.

I love photography too. I love the technical side and the artistic side. I started taking pictures in high-school for our yearbook using B&W film. Photography is a creative art…and creating something that the client enjoys viewing even if they aren’t quite sure what it is that makes it that way is the thing that makes photography so rewarding.

My approach to a photoshoot or wedding is to bring calm and confidence together so that the client (whether a individual having a headshot, an entire family with small children, or a wedding party) will feel comfortable and confident that they are going to get the great images they deserve.

While I can’t take pictures remotely, I do come on location with all the equipment needed, or I can take the pictures in studio.

I respect the individual wishes of each client, and I will were a mask and work with ample social distance as desired by the client. I am fully committed to provide a quality service while keeping the health and safety of the client as first priority.
