What’s your signature dish?
I don’t like to box myself in, so I don’t have a SIGNATURE, but I love making all types of risotto and lamb entrees
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I am very big on giving the clients what they want with an upscale twist.
What do you love most about your job?
The ever-changing aspect of it. No two clients are ever the same and I love being able to create and make an experience worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to be free of kitchen politics and the constraints that a typical 9-5 job gives. I love to travel and do things on a whim, so having my own business works the best for my most meaningful lifestyle

Because my clients are the number 1 thing in my business, not the money or even the function of cooking, seeing their needs met is something that I take pride in

I provide online classes online/remotely. All other services are in-person
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and ALWAYS wear a mask and gloves when working with clients or when myself or my team are in their homes. Safety is a top priority.
