After years of an on again off again relationship with exercise (mostly off), I really wanted to make it work this time around. I was looking for a way to tone and strengthen my body while learning some self defense. Â I came across Arjang, and not to jump the gun or anything, but I think exercise and I, we're in it for the long haul. Â Every session is different, which is great. He really focuses on technique to make sure that I'm performing the exercises correctly and efficiently. The session is tailored to me. He's able to gauge my capabilities and push me further than I would go on my own. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through planning and an organized strategy. I try to add new information to every session and to create "homeworks" for all clients so they maintain their progress outside of our sessions. It's all about consistency, and I am here to coach and guide clients through every step of the way.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people achieve their goals and optimize their state of well being is the reason I got into training, and has been the best reward yet about being a coach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Witnessing my parents suffer through terminal illness was my motivating factor, and it inspired me to help others be the best they can be for themselves and for their own families.
