Dynamic Cuisine Catering & Events catered my wedding last month. Dorrenda was a pleasure to work with. Both her and her staff were professional. Though Dorrenda was not at my wedding, she left a staff member who did her best to keep everything organized and in line. That being said, we had beef roast for dinner but no knives to cut the meat with. A popcorn that we had ordered for a dessert was served before the dinner. The mashed potatoes were so good that everyone ate them up and there was not enough for everyone so the popcorn was served in its place. As I said this lovely lady did her best to keep everything in line. The food was very good and Dorrenda and her staff worked hard to please my groom and I and our guest. Though the night did not go perfectly, they worked hard to make it go perfectly. And in the end that is all I needed and wanted for my wedding. I highly recomend Dorrenda and her staff. They are hard working people who care about what they do and the food they serve. More...

Our signature dish is four cheese baked macaroni and our rendition of Cajun shrimp macaroni

We do a consultation and fit our menus to our clients needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients event excellent and putting smiles on their guest faces and client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always wanted to cater and event plan since I was a child. It’s been my dream and I’m loving it.
