I took my daughter’s iPad in for screen replacement (it was completely shattered) yesterday. The guys were very professional, courteous, and helpful. The process was super quick: they took about three minutes worth of information from me and, even though they were busy, the iPad was done in a few hours. Really pricey for a $400 (after tax) iPad, but well worth it. They did a fantastic job and did it fast. It looks like I just pulled it out of the box. Highly recommend. More...

My husband and I both cracked the screens of our Lg stylo 5x phones. I'm a registered nurse and qualified for the 10% discount they have currently, but was told I had a better deal the last time I had it fixed so they honored that deal instead. Who can't use the extra savings right now?! We took the phones to Greg who did an excellent job. He is quick and professional. Our phones look brand new! I went to the Dr. Phone Fix in Oldsmar this morning because my i Phone was dead and would not charge. I fully expected to have to drop it off and return to pay a hefty fee. To my delight the technician quickly cleaned the charge port while I stood there and returned it with no charge. WOW! Customer Service is not dead after all!.
