I was completely impressed by Dr. Z's Photography this summer when all of my brothers and I were in town for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to gift them a portrait of us and our families. Dr. Z was surprisingly able to meet our needs by completing the photo session and providing prints all within two days. We were totally impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work that is was very difficult choosing just one photograph; so difficult that we ended up choosing several. I've been working with Dr. Z. for over a year. She photographed my husband's surprise engagement photos. She worked fantastically with him and he was very satisfied with her help on the engagement and working within our budget. Later on I did boudoir photos with her as part of my wedding gift to my husband and she was incredibly easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable in my skin. I planned my entire wedding from out of town so when I was in town, she was very flexible and very communicative with when she could meet with me. I always received my photos in a timely manner and have no complaints about her ability to edit them. They've looked GREAT all three times! She always sent out surveys for each photo shoot to get an idea of what we were looking for and so she knew who people were for the wedding. On our wedding day, she was on time and her husband was our second shooter. He was kind and professional and did an amazing job as well. She gave us a large variety of photos and was very patient with us on the day of. Her pricing was very reasonable and when I needed to cut back, she was understanding and worked with us but her quality never faltered. All that being said, if I were back in the Youngstown area and needed a photographer, I would ABSOLUTELY go to Dr. Z. All around a good, kind, prompt, responsible person. Dr. Z did a 60 minute photo session with our 1 year old recently (sort of a combination Christmas photo's for the card and birthday shoot). She was soooo patient following our LO around for an hour. Though I was worried that we weren't getting "the right shot", when we got the pictures I was astounded! They were amazing and she really captured who the spirit of the little peanut we love. They looked candid and natural (because they were) but really just so right! The shoot was a great experience, we got our images back very quickly and the pictures were awesome!
