What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping people helps me feel energized and at my best. I’ve worked in large and small companies and nothing compares to having the freedom that sole proprietorship offers. I find it vitally important to offer as much creativity & flexibility when one embarks a self-discovery journey. I could not find this flexibility working for others so I decided to create it myself.

Spiritual Coaching
Spiritualism can take many forms. I practice from the belief that there is a Higher Power who is a Divine presence in our lives. This belief can be quite comforting when we're experiencing painful challenges that leave us with more questions than answers. If you have different beliefs, you can still benefit from my services as they are holistic in nature, meaning we focus primarily on the whole person and less on a Higher Power or divinity.
Grief Coaching
We can experience grief and loss in so many different forms. For example, separation/divorce, job loss, loss of health, loss of a business partnership, loss of a longtime friendship, loss of freedom when we step into a caregiver role, loss of a beloved pet, and so many more.
