Be ready to get a great workout and learn from the best!! Carlos is a great trainer . He is very patient and flexible with scheduling. Really tailors the training experience to make sure I get the techniques down right. He's very patient with me as I get winded easily but my cardio is already getting better in the short amount of time( 3rd week ) we have been working together. It's really nice to meet a trainer that is down to earth. Who treats everyone the same no matter what skill level or background. Learning alot.
