Douglas Foundation Repair

This guy Douglas, the owner, is amazing. We had some very scary looking "foundation issues" around our house. He spent about 20 minutes masked at my kitchen table drawing and explaining what was going on. Making sure I understood everything in a sweet dad way, not a know it all kind of way. We have one issue, but he says he could recommend a supplement to the soil but doesn't think the soil needs it, it's perfectly normal. Then he explained the "real issue" thoroughly and explained that a mason could fix this issue and gave me the number of his trusted person. In the end, we don't have foundation issues. Douglas is honest, he's patient, he's thorough and he's kind. When he left I explained to my 11 year old that when he is in the working world one day. That's who he should strive to emulate. I have used Douglas for two properties and was a fantastic company and experience. The first one they did, Douglas came out, gave an evaluation and walked me through multiple solutions :) He advised me to do everything but foundation repair! ! This type of honesty and personal service is rare in this day and age!! Because of that experience I used Douglas on a second property. This house needed repair and Douglas provided, again, multiple options to attack the problem and come with a solution. From start to finish the communication and professionalism of this company was off the charts. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
