Before the COVID pandemic, Don Bell Fitness was an effective and successful brick and mortar business that focused on in-person small group weight training classes up to 12 people that transitioned to an almost exclusively online service in the wake of COVID that now caters to individuals that prefer private home workouts where they feel much safer from sickness training at home as well feeling more empowered privately and feeling less self-conscious training home(online) only under the instructive eyes of only their trainer.

It’s pretty compelling to say what I love most is the satisfaction and pride felt—almost like a proud parent—for every “life-changing and life enrichening” Body Transformation for a client at the completion of one of my programs. However, at the end of the day, what I love most is that I get to help people.

With over 30+ years of leading a healthy, fit lifestyle and over 11 years as a certified personal trainer, I've worked with hundreds, if not thousands, of people to achieve their fitness goals and change their lives positively for the rest of their lives.

Services

CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS AND MEAL PLANS include:
(1) FREE 30-MINUTE Nutrition/Fitness Consultation to determine client caloric needs. The Nutrition Consultation will be conducted via a ZOOM teleconference call.

(2) Following a scheduled Nutrition Consultation, a detailed meal plan will be prepared for client to follow for prescribed length of time.

(3) A detailed, customized workout program based on clients specific health goals.

(4) All customized workouts and meal plans are 30 days in length.

(5) Two (2) Bi-weekly Check-In Calls: the 15th and the 30th days of the program

Thirty (30) minutes of remote personal training via ZOOM teleconferencing. All personal training programs are:
(1) customized training programs based on each individual client's needs and goals
(2) comprehensively explained with correctly demonstrated exercises and routines
(3) structured routines that prevent injury and promote fitness
through modification of exercises and routines according to clients’ fitness levels
(4) consistently recorded and monitored to track client progress

All personal training programs are:
(1) customized training programs based on each individual client's needs and goals

Otherwise, clients have the option to elect a pre-formatted training program, almost exclusively core strength/stability and weight-training programs designed to be thorough and "dead-on" specific addressing client's goals while maximizing the client's time and effort.

60-Minute PT-IN~House are PT sessions conducted at Don Bell Fitness Center. Personal trainer guided sessions utilizing of all the equipment found at big, crowded, commercial gym to effectuate the BEST RESULTS through a structured, personalized training regimen.
All personal training programs are:
