Update. We've been using Mark's Dogz Gone Walk'n services extensively for about the past year and we continue to give them a five star rating. Not only do I trust the individual employees, I have come to trust Mark's choice of new hires to the team. I think for dogs in particular, they need love and attention (not just physical care like bathroom breaks and water). Mark's team follows our physical care instructions carefully, but also takes extra care and attention to our dogs social need with belly rubs and lots of petting. We can tell because when we arrive home after a long day, our dog is relaxed instead of bored and anxious like she would be without the special attention. Mark continues to work with us through schedule changes (with appropriate advance notice) to ensure that our dog is taken care of.We are so thankful for Mark’s reliable team! Initial review:We moved to this area recently, and needed to find someone to care for our dog during the day while we're at work. It was difficult for us because we had never left our precious pet with anyone other than a trusted family member.Mark and his team are professionals. We always had the opportunity to meet a new team member and slowly introduce them to our dog prior to them coming when we weren't home. This was important as our dog is shy and takes some time to warm up to new people.Janice and Erica have been fantastic with our dog. They followed all of my very specific instructions on her care, which is imperative because she is an escape artist/runner. The ladies always spend special time and care to reassure our dog as she has some separation anxiety. Stubborn Dog? If walking your dog is a chore, look no further. Mark not only walked our very stubborn and active Basset Hound, he helped us learn how to handle him better. He's knowledgable and trains while he walks, and the dogs respond very well to his instruction. He's consistent and reliable. Mark has been walking my dog for about 9 months now, typically 3-4 days per week. Mark has been a pleasure to work with. He has been flexible with my schedule and has never had to cancel a walk. I get a text message after every walk with details about the days adventures (other dogs they met, rabbits, etc).
