DogWatch of Southeastern Michi

We had our system installed a couple weeks ago. And as we typically do we got 3 companies to quote. From the moment I met with the sales rep from DogWatch I knew that was the company I wanted to entrust my dog with. She was thorough and kind, explained everything so well, priced in the middle of the other companies - and could schedule promptly. She explained that they were local, could provide great customer service when needed, had great trainers and took pride in their work. She was also able to help guide me in determining the best way to do our yard. We wanted to keep the back as closed off as possible (meaning we don’t want our dog running from the back to the front) and we wanted the front area to be kept far back from the sidewalk because we live on a main road with lots of foot traffic and dog walkers, and we’re conscientious that people walking by aren’t always trusting of anyone invisible fence and may be frightened of a dog coming all the way out. (Hopefully this makes sense it was hard to write out). Anyhow our dog Ella is loving her new yard to run in. Prior to this installation she had bolted about 4 times into the neighborhood and it was getting out of hand. My husband and I are so pleased with DogWatch and wish we’d done it sooner. I adore the product and the team. Maddie was patient and responsive as she trained our pup (and people). No matter what I needed, responses were instant. When I needed to make changes, no questions were asked. By the way the entire team treated me (and continues to check in) makes me feel like a VIP customer. It means so much that they still check in to make sure my Yeti is okay and that all is still well, even when they have nothing to gain. Price is comparable to the market but much more affordable to maintain. I feel like I made an incredible choice. Although Yeti is technically “confined” now, he feels so free. Amazing company to work with! We had some issues with our neighbors and nearly had to redo the boundary (had prior consent to place line on part of their property due to small area) that is shared between us and DogWatch was going to come out and service it for FREE without hesitation! Say what?! In the end, our neighbors finally cooperated with us and the service was no longer needed. The trainers were great and my mini goldendoodle was trained in less than three sessions. We are getting a second dog in a few days and DogWatch agreed to train him with no additional cost besides buying the collar. Worth every penny and even willing to work out a payment plan that works for you. Thank you DOGWATCH!! More...
