What makes a great website?
I love to combine the creative aspect with technology to create a site that performs well and looks great in the process! A lot of places create generic template sites that force the client to choose which one is closest to their brand and mission. We like to focus our attention on the flip side. What site can we make that best represents the clients story and mission?
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We are a story driven agency in that we seek to understand the clients business model, history, mission and previous success and failures. We focus on sharing the stories of life with the world. Our philosophy is when we share your unique story with the world in the way that we do, you will get the marketing return that you are looking for. The more details that help us truly understand your story, the more effective we can be!
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is to bring the team in to a virtual meeting and visit with the client and hear their story and purpose in life and in business. Once we get to know the client and they get to know us, our process is to be the agency down the hall even though we aren't physically there. We utilize our own developed technology to ensure great communication with our clients including their own client portal.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We look for the problem or pain point that you are experiencing that needs our assistance. We look for your budget so we can better understand to what degree we may be able to help and put the right amount of manpower on your project to make it happen. We also want to understand the timeline and what your expectations are.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creative process and helping individuals, businesses, and organizations really scale and grow their livelihood. As a serial entrepreneur myself, I love to help others make the most most of any opportunity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personally I grew up in a family where my dad owned and sold multiple businesses. That seemed like the normal for me, I didn't realize everybody didn't live like that and work so hard to grow things. I have had multiple jobs working for other people and corporations, but that just wasn't my mission for me and my family. So our group has come together as likeminded professionals, and we get to spend our time helping others share their story.
