Thanks, Dj. Benny! Everyone told me this was the best party of the year. A long with the money spent on decorations and setting the atmosphere for a Halloween party. A DJ is a must. He called me a couple days before to verify my music request. He should up over an hour before the start time to set up. He played the songs from that list and followed my specific request of not playing 2 music artist that I hate. The lights and the smog machine added to the Halloween party. Awesome experience!!  Benny is the best; and we have used others before. He was kind and helpful at every step. His associate, Osbar, was the guy who actually DJed our daughter's quinceañera. Osbar doesn't speak English, but we speak Spanish. If you don't, tell Benny you need him or someone else who does speak English. Anyway, Benny gives GREAT service for a very reasonable price. DJ Bennyh was awesome! I hired him for my daughters 15th birthday he was very professional kept the party upbeat, played all the verity I requested from Spanish rock en español to hip pop. We met with DJ Benny MONTHS before our wedding and hired him for our wedding. A couple months before the wedding I was meeting with the ballroom director and asked Benny if he would also like to come as well so that he could take a look at the venue. He agreed. When we met that day he had someone else with him whoI guess was supposed to help out the day of the wedding. Fast forward to the wedding day..There's no Benny. Just this guy. This guy was not even prepared. We gave Benny a list of all the songs to be played which this guy did not have and had to tell him what the songs were so he could download them on the fly.. (Are you kidding me?)For my father/Daughter dance he cut my dance short with my dad and called up my husband when we were still dancing. For the Mother/son dance he was calling up people to dance on the dance floor. Like WTH!!!!? This was my husbands moment with his mom and he's calling up people to dance That's a moment we'll never get back. THEN for the bouquet toss I'm standing there with the bouquet In my hand waiting for him to play the song that we requested them to play... And I can see my coordinator telling him to play the song... And he's not playing it finally for like 2 seconds he plays it AFTER I already threw the bouquet. THEN (yes... It gets worse) for the garter toss he's calling my husband by THE WRONG NAME!!!! And he keeps repeating the wrong name over and over again! How do you not know the names of the party that hired your service!!!We are furious at this point. We ask him where Benny is and he's telling us that something came up for Benny. Really !!!! Why couldn't Benny call us and tell us or ask to speak to our coordinator. Or if he couldn't notify us then have someone call us for him. The guy that was there In place of him should have told us that unfortunately Benny couldn't be here but I'm going to be filling in and so forth. There was absolutely no communication on Benny's part and the Dj basically ruined our wedding day. This guy did not know what he was doing. When we complained to him he said that he didn't need our money and that we were being charged way to little for what they were providing. Really how much does it cost for you to get the grooms name right. The price was also set by Benny if they felt that their service was more valuable then they should've given me a different price. Don't tell me we're paying too little when u set the price. If it wasn't for our Amazing band our wedding would've been a nightmare. Thank god I didn't hire them as my only entertainment. We are completely dissatisfied with his service. I can't help but think that the reason this guy came with Benny was because Benny planned on not being there from the beginning. More...
