What inspired you to start your own business?
Growing up I always knew I was Unique with Gifts. Many times I felt alone or no one would understand me and think I was weird. Wanting to provide a safe space with open doors of a motto of Be Free Be You- Natural Healing and Wellness. With determination,dedication, and manifesting I was able to re-open a location in Port St Lucie.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our space has always been kept clean and sanitized with all of our clients safety at best. We are a free space- masks are not required but can be worn with no judgement. If requested we will ensure their is adequate spacing in between clients during group gatherings.
Sanitizing products are always available and utilized.
Reiki Energy Healing
We offer private and group sessions for Reiki Energy Healing.
Beginning with a Guided Meditation, followed by hands on Reiki Energy. I will incorporate the following at times: Scent and or Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing. Chakra Balancing/Alignments
What is Reiki and what are the Benefits
Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.
Breaks Down Energy Blocks and Balances The Mind, Body, and Spirit. Regular Reiki treatment promotes the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body. This allows people to feel less stress, enhances learning and memory, promotes mental clarity, sleep regulaition and physical healing/ less physical pain.
