I would highly recommend Greg for massage therapy. I've been a client of his for a couple of years. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provides the best massages. I have nothing but positive things to say. If I could give more than five stars, I would! More...

I'm a distance runner that currently trains for 5ks up to half marathons. I've been going to Greg for physical therapy for about two years now, and he has helped me tremendously. Massage/active release technique keep my back and leg injuries at bay. Any time I am preparing for a race or just having some nagging muscle pain, I be sure to schedule appointments with him. Greg is very knowledgeable in the industry and easy to talk to. I also went to him for a strength training assessment, the techniques/advice he has given have helped me with my posture in workouts. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Discover Movement, whether you are training for a specific sport, recovering from an injury or assessing how to prevent injury. Greg takes the time to figure out what type of treatment will help the most with your goals. More...

I began working with Greg 2 years ago at a PT clinic. My physical therapist highly recommended him for both therapeutic massage and training. I compared his credentials to other local trainers and was very impressed. I love that Greg is always furthering his education. He cares about his clients and it shows in his work. I started working with him after a breast cancer diagnosis. As a massage therapist, he helped me post mastectomy with a frozen shoulder and scar tissue. I love that he is certified in ART. As a personal trainer, he helped me safely get back to working out. I've gained strength, lost 20+ lbs, and feel so much more energetic. Greg always introduces new exercises. No two workouts are the same so I never get bored! If you are looking for a highly qualified trainer and/or massage therapist, look no further! Greg can't be beat! More...

I've been seeing Greg for massage therapy for a little over two years, but what he provides is so much more than that. He doesn't just work my muscles, he also teaches me about the anatomy and gives me exercises and stretches to target my problem spots. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. When I first started seeing him my calf was so tight that my foot would go numb when I ran. Chiropractor and acupuncture didn't fix it. Greg did. This spring I took 6 minutes off my half marathon PR and there were a lot of factors that went into that but I am convinced that working with Greg was one of them. More...

I first met Greg my freshman year at Canton High School. He was scheduled to work in the fitness center weekly by Marathon Physical Therapy. We spent hours working on strength and functional movement. Every day I would bring a ready to work attitude and Greg did the rest. His workouts didn't just push me to train. They pushed me to train like an athlete. After a few months I started seeing big changes in my athletic ability. I always asked him questions like "Why does this move like this? How will this workout help me become a better basketball player?" Greg always explained his reasoning behind workouts. Not only was I becoming a better athlete but I was learning every day. My sophomore year we picked up were we left off. Things were going great until I had an acquired brain aneurysm and a hemorrhagic stroke one afternoon. I woke up after a month and a half long coma sleep. Doctors said I was lucky to be alive. They also said that if I wasn't in great shape prior to my injury it would have been certain that I lost my life. Indirectly Greg is the reason that I am here today. I came home after many months and received a text from Greg. He asked me how I was doing. We caught up. Next he offered to help me get back into shape. Every weekend after that Greg drove to my house and worked me out for about 6 months. Completely free. We still talk to this day. He lets me know that I can come to his place in Dedham WHENEVER I want and get a workout in. I participate in physical therapy frequently. The therapist are always so surprised that I know so much about the body. What can I say? I have a great teacher. I can honestly confirm that I wouldn't be able do the things I do today without Greg's help. More...
