i have a po box there. ive never had any problems. the people who work there are very nice and accommodating. i dont call them and have never in my life called a post office but sounds like its best not to call. Digitalspark's awe-inspiring work for our organization is one of a kind. We're a restaurant and lounge in Brickell, Fl and 6 other locations around the globe. We needed a revamp to our website, not only to drive organic traffic but to have our clients book us online for parties, special events, and game-day seats. Our digital menu is magnificent and interactive. Our project took about 7 weeks to complete with revisions and all. I removed one star because their self service kiosk hasn't been printing forever stamps for 2 weeks and it hasn't been fixed. Called to report it but no answer. Secondly, and it hasn't anything to do with costumer service, I had to report at the beginning of the year that mail my husband dropped in the parking lot mail box was stolen over night and checks were altered and cashed. I do no recommend to use the post office parking lot drop off box overnight or on the weekends. More...
