I've never felt compelled to leave a review for a fitness studio, but DIG is hands down, the best spot for spin & TRX I've ever been to! Every class is challenging and unique in its own way so you're guaranteed to sweat and you never get bored. The owner and the instructors are so attentive and willing to above and beyond to make sure that everyone has an amazing experience every single time. Even the clients are amazing. It's intimidating to join a new studio sometimes because some places can be cliquey, but I can honestly say that every single person I've met at DIG since I joined a few months ago have been nothing but sweet, welcoming, and motivating! I legitimately look forward to my workouts now, even if they're at 6:30am...something I couldn't say before! More...

The staff/teachers are accommodating and the classes are great. Trx is varied and insanely challenging. But it's only 30 minutes and you leave feeling like you got the workout of your life. The spin class is perfect, they have clean updated equipment (bikes) they supply a sweat towel and bike shoes. The instructor takes the time to individually fit you to your bike, should you need the help. Fun music, encouraging atmosphere. More...

I have taken spin classes at random places over the years in LA, OC but never found a place I really enjoyed going to- I recently purchased the 3 class package for new students and took a class here the other day, which was good. But I wasn't completely invested. Thankfully I gave it another shot and took a cycling class with Corey. He is amazing in every way! He took the time to introduce himself to each new student and made sure you were comfortable with the equipment. He really keeps you engaged throughout the class and involves everyone. He switches up the pace frequently to get your heart rate up (My main reason to do this exercise). He is really high energy and genuinely a good vibe to be around! And even as a bonus he takes music requests and lets you know what song is currently playing! I am definitely going to purchase a package because overall the studio is really nice and very clean. Everyone that works here is very genuine. They also have a great TRX class I took years ago with Jason! Another awesome instructor that also makes the class fun and you get a serious workout! TRX classes: TRX suspension training engages different muscle groups by utilizing body weight and the equipment’s resistance from a vector angle. These intense workouts are aimed at increasing the body’s flexibility, strength, and stamina, as well as burning calories and expanding the range of motion.

Boxing: We have 6 heavy bags that we utilize for boxing classes and lessons.
