This review is as a current tenet. We rent a home that is currently property managed by this company. The rental process was smooth, website and rental portal easy enough to use. Our point of contacts have been professional to date. Where this rating is directed is towards their vendor management/ relationships. We have had to interact with a few repair services since moving in and all have been rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure how they select vendors to service their properties but it is a huge downfall. We currently rent but also own property and are landlords and I would be concerned if our tenants had the experiences we have had. I don't blame the owner because they are probably unaware but these experiences have left much to be desired. Currently dealing with lack of air conditioning in 100 degree heat. From a vendor's perspective, Kelli Capone is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I first enrolled as a White Glove vendor for Kelli when I worked for a plumbing company 3 years ago. Now working for a Residential and Commercial Fence company I am lucky to be part of their vendor list once again. Every time I receive a work order from Kelli I know that all the back-end work has been taken care of: For example, I receive pictures, details of the job, tenants information, maintenance limits, and more. This makes my job a lot easier to better understand what her customers want. Communication with her has always been easy, getting a hold of her is never a problem which says a lot about the attention and care for her customer's properties. In some instances, She even answered my calls well after 5 pm and emails. If you are looking to find a property manager that puts attention to detail, works hard to get the best outcome for her customers, and treats her tenants like valued customers then Kelli Capone is your gal! Don't use them. Don't rent from them. Not nice company. Issues with repairs are not done well and left unfixed cause more damage to property.

White glove took over ownership of my old apartment complex I believe. They are very professional and organized. Our previous Property Manager was practically Non-existent but White Glove came in they really cleaned up shop. Also Kelli is always extremely helpful . More...

We've been renting a single family home from White Glove for two years now, and this is one of the best, easy-going, and quickest-to-respond property managers I've ever dealt with. The viewing, application, and move-in process was all very seamless. They are always helpful and provide friendly service to residents.
