What makes a great website?
A great website looks nice, but is also clean, simple, and direct. Tell your website visitors (your potential customers) why they should hire you or buy from you. Make the user experience (UX) fun.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I ask my clients about their goals for their website, their favorite colors, their interests, and their budget. A great website does not have to be expensive, but sometimes website features add up.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because I can be creative and work on my own time, sometimes on a Saturday evening because I love what I do. Each client is a fantastic new adventure to teach each other, learn from each other, and have fun.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized my passion for website design when I took an introductory course while attending Finger Lakes Community College even though my college major primarily focused on the Java programming language and Calculus. I love the combination of art and programming that goes into design and development.

I only work online and remotely. However, I have met clients in my apartment at the beginning of a project to discuss it. I have also done video chat and phone calls. I do whatever makes the client feel comfortable and shows that I am trustworthy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza. However, I wear an expensive, high-quality face mask if the client wants.
