First let me state that these are 2 of the the most amazing spirited people I've ever had the pleasure doing business with. I arranged for Brett to prepared a 5 course meal from his selection on their website for my partner and I for her birthday. When I originally contacted them I spoke with Krystal and she advised that they normally service larger parties but may be able to accommodate depending on what it is I was trying to do. I choose 5 items from their menu to keep things simple simply because I didn't have anything in mind anyway. Brett and Krystal merely exceeded my expectations. When I told Krystal what I was doing she suggested decorating the room to add a little spice with rose petals throughout the room, a playlist full of romantic songs and a bubble bath drawn. I purchase a villa in the Scottsdale for the night with a fully ruined kitchen so Brett can do his thang so they were they prior to our arrival to get things going and everything turned out perfectly. We were first served Spicy Scallop Crudo, Ponzu Watermelon Salad, Cauliflower Romesco Tartine, Peruvian Seared Snapper and Deconstructed Strawberry Parfait in that order. And needless to say every thing and I mean everything was a freakin success. They've now created a date night package to add to their services due to this experience and I think being a cookie themselves puts the perfect touch on this experience. I am currently trying to find another reason to have their services rendered again lol. Thank you again so much Krys and Brett. You guys made my wife's night amazing. More...

When of the best dinner experiences I've ever had! I am definitely going to the next one. My favorite was the tomatoes in the salad. Chef peeled off the skin and instead of a burst when you bite down, they melt! Its fantastic! More...

So excited to review the new catering business that we got to experience at the Spring Menu Tasting! The food: Chef Brett informed us that many of the herbs/ingredients included in his dishes came right out of a garden, and the all-organic menu definitely contributed to an added layer of freshness that you can see, smell and taste! Additionally, the food, while decadent and upscale, was approachable. Even the picky eaters at the table were able to enjoy the fresh and simple, yet delicious flavor combinations. Not to mention, each dish was as pleasing to the eye as it was to the palette. The people: Brett and Krystal seriously know how to put on a lovely event! Excellent chef and business partners as well as wonderful and easy going humans. I can imagine a stress free event with these two behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly and beautifully! We loved hearing Brett come out and share a little bit about his creations before each course. His chill and youthful demeanor rivals the elegance of his food as there is nothing nonchalant about it! The ambiance:Krystal designed the gorgeous invitation/menu cards as well as the trendy and classy table decor that pulled everything together beautifully. Attended their recent "Spring Fever" pop-up dinner... wow! The sold-out event was fantastic. Welcomed with a refreshing, well-balanced cocktail. Seated at a beautifully set table next to fellow foodies. And then the dishes began arriving...Each course was beautifully presented- colorful, fresh, seasonal ingredients. - Course 1: Elote and green tomato sopa- guests were cleaning their plates with the handmade naan- Course 2: Tomato and cucumber salad with fresh herbs- loved the contrast of sweet tomato, crunchy almond, lemony dressing- Course 3: Seared snapper served over a yummy sweet potato puree- Course 4: Deconstructed strawberry parfait- perfect finish to a spring supper.Chef promises events a few times a year (more please!!!).
