What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping others find hope in some of the toughest and challenging times in their lives. When an individual seeks help through counseling he or she is displaying courage and resilience to address challenges that are holding them back in a season of their lives. I love entering into a collaborative relationship with the individual to reach the goals that are important to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for agencies in the field for over 15 years, I desired the ability to help those not associated with agencies. Additionally, the flexibility that private practice offers as related to variety of clients was quite appealing to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
When a client chooses me to help them with their needs, I seek to understand, come along side of, and collaborate with the client. The client is the catalyst to their own change as well as the expert of their own lives and experience. The client's experience and situations are the focus of the sessions and goals for betterment of his or her life circumstances. I will apply my knowledge, experience, and empathy to aid the individual in finding the best resolve and growth to their needs.
