We did a family photo shoot in December 2017 for our holiday card. It was a hectic day prior to arriving at our scheduled time, and the twins were in a terrible mood. We met Deanna through a mutual friend and corresponded via email. My family took a trip to Laguna for Christmas and I wanted family photos while there. Deanna was wonderful. Deanna was fantastic! I reached out to see if she could travel (for a fee) to our destination and photograph our family. She happily took on the huge task of a multi-generational shoot with lots of people and moving parts. She arrived early to familiarize herself with the location and shots with the best lighting and got us organized. Her personality was a mix of lighthearted fun and detailed artist. Update 10/14/17: Since we were so happy with our family photos last year, we decided to go with Deanna again, and once again she delivered. This time her holiday mini session package offered the client’s choice of location. We chose the Downtown Santa Ana Arts District because we wanted a cool, urban vibe for this year’s family portraits. Deanna captured quite a few warm and candid family moments within the backdrop of charming historic architecture, rustic brick/stone walls, and the Chiarini fountain courtyard of DTSA. She was such a pro at photographing my rambunctious two-year old. Deanna was very personable and easygoing letting my daughter do her thing while capturing her vivacious personality in the photos. My family and I are so grateful to have these precious memories captured so beautifully. We will enjoy these photos for many years to come. Thank you again Deanna!!
