Absolutely AMAZING! I'm so grateful for Cynthia and her future husband. She went above and beyond in what I asked for, and was excellent with announcements and of course the music! She is so positive, kind, and the life of the party! 5 stars so far!!! Cynthia and Dion got back to me within 15 minutes, and spent a good hour going over what we envision for our daughter’s 18th birthday (debut). After only a few minutes of talking, we already had strong idea we would hire them. Both were very professional, and really pleasant to work with. Our daughter’s birthday party is two months away, but it’s already looking great with the DJ and other entertainment they described. We’re so happy that we picked DC Entertainment as DJ for our daughter’s 18th Birthday celebration. They were awesome to work with, easy to get in touch, answered all of our questions, followed the playlist exactly that my daughter sent them. They kept the party going, encouraging guests to interact with different dances resulting to a full dance floor on every music they played. Guests really enjoyed the party. Deion and Cynthia set up a video meeting to go over all the details involved with DJ service for our upcoming wedding. They were very well-prepared and professional. I sent them sample music, which Deion used to play for us during the meeting. This gave us chance to see his DJ style/skills, as we discussed our special day. My husband and I recently attended an event organized by DC Entertainment Promotions LLC. We were impressed by how well the event came together.
The staff is friendly, courteous and getting tickets to the event was easy and convenient. They have Covid 19 safety standards in place so that guests are safe while attending their event. They also accommodated our seating arrangement request in order to keep us safe. We appreciate their professionalism and commitment to ensure we were safe and comfortable. My husband, our guest, and I felt welcomed, enjoyed ourselves, and felt safe. I highly recommended them to plan your next event.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Know your audience and play the songs to match! We do several theme events as well as big venues. We have over 90,000 songs to choose from... We will set up a meet and greet to get to know what is expected of us from the first to the last song.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Our style if very flexible. We come fully prepared with song lists as well as DO NOT PLAY list. Our goal is to keep the guests dancing, the organizer happy and the referrals coming! With so many options including languages we are ready to meet your style!
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most is the people. Seeing them enjoy themselves because we took the time to get to know them as well as come prepared to provide the best service we could. Afterwards, knowing that we made a difference and that it was a positive one is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have done several events as a contractor for another business and it was not as pleasurable as owning our own. The difference is we will make every effort to provide excellent service as well as listen to our clients. When you are working for someone else they may not have the same passion and it shows.
Why should our clients choose you?
We make them the priority. It is not our event in name but we can make it OUR event by partnering with the clients. It is about team work and how to excel as one without egos. When we do our best it shows on the referrals and that will show on your scorecard based on the reviews.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes we can. We have had to think outside of the box during this last year with quarantining and no public events. We use several apps and programs that allow us to work with Zoom, Teams and other streaming platforms like Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. We have created DropBox files with playlists as well as used SoundCloud and Spotify to provide services to our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are one of the only or few DJ Sound Systems that come with a full size sneeze guard. We wear our face masks at all times, carry our own sanitizers, gloves and Lysol sprays. We bring our non-contact laser thermometer to take temperature checks, sanitized pens and we come fully insured to protect the venue. As an added feature, we refund all deposits if the event is canceled due to Covid-19 closure, illness or related reason (must be Covid-19 related). We will also reschedule to a future date as long as it is available up to three reschedules in a 12 month period.
DJ
Let us wow you and your guests with the best playlists, songs and creativity. Our DJ's have over 15 years of wedding/event experience and can play any genre. We will keep the dance floor busy!
We work off your playlist and build on it! We offer a QR code so your guests can request songs from their phones. All of our packages include a monitor/tv to display your monogram/logo, videos, photos, TACBOARD.COM, our QR code and live streaming (not shared on social media).
A la carte starts at $150 an hour (excludes monitor/tv). Packages range from $1500 to $3500.
Ceremony
Let us set up your *wedding ceremony so everyone can hear your love promises while you recite your vows. We bring state of the art wireless microphones with top of the line speakers. All of our microphones are sanitized after every use and come with protective mic covers.

Uplighting
Want a Winter Wonderland theme or a glowing Under the Sea atmosphere? Let us light it up! We will match most color/theme so that your venue has the right mood and tone for a great event! Ask us how.
Uplight packages range from $250 to $400.
Monitors
Want to share pictures, a slideshow, movie, TACBOARD.COM, live stream or your monogram? We have up to four 50 inch HD TV monitors that can be set up as individual screens or one big TV wall great as a background/backdrop display. Stand out and showcase it all! Monitor rentals range from $250 per unit up to $1200 for a full monitor wall (4 x 50 inch tvs) and a 70 inch tv.
MC
Our team loves to hear the sound of their own voices!
Let us entertain, announce and speak on your behalf! This means we will introduce the court, set up the line ups and be the first to welcome the new MR and MRS, MR and MR, MRS. and MRS and/or the beautiful couple....
*MC services are only provided with DJ packages at no additional costs. We do not offer MC a la carte.
Officiant
Cynthia is an ordained minister with extensive experience in officiating your ceremony. She is fluent in both English and Spanish with a great belief in God. She will create the perfect script for your wedding. Bring a story so she can tell it! Packages range from $299 to $350.
Day of coordinator
Cynthia is our party/event coordinator with 20+ years of experience. Proficient in wedding and quince planning including MC’ing. She will manage vendors, guests and family for your event. Grace is our assistant and her main priority is to take care of you! We go over the timeline, vendors, special requests and manage the agenda.
Communication and follow through are key to a successful event/project and both ladies are good at it!
Packages start at $1200 for day coordinator.
Party rentals
We offer rectangular 6ft tables, folding metal chairs, tablecloths (black and white), folding chair covers (black and white), stanchions, speaker stage, heaters, round tables, white resin chairs, belly bar tables and monitors.
Set up/break down staff
We will set up the venue, decorate (you provide the items and mock set up), maintain the event by refilling buffet tables, assisting with organizing tables, picking up trash (bathrooms and floors) and breaking down venue (this includes packing up, clearing venue and taking trash out). Packages start at $650 up to $1200 based on hours and number of staff.
