By finding something that works for THEM! No two people are the same, and no two plans are the same.... And things change, so you have to be flexible. Working out and nutrition shouldn't be dreaded. You can insert the fun activities and healthy foods into your life with some balance, so it is maintainable.

Consistency! It doesn't happen overnight (and realistically, sometimes that body that you think you want, doesn't exist), but if you stick to a program, you can see real results in your body and how you feel.

Helping people achieve their goals. So often people are sick of the yo-yo scale and always being 'on a diet' or doing workouts that they hate and that don't produce the results that they are looking for. I like to help people find what they can do and consume to get where they want to be and enjoy the journey, not just the results.

I spent many years thinking diet soda, salad and burpees were the way to a bikini body.... Only to discover that being healthy is so much more than how you look in a pair of jeans (although, that's usually a bonus!). I want other people to find that balance in their lives that I found.

I'm passionate about embracing the changes in your life to get the results that you want. If you're looking for a drill sergeant, keep looking! I will push you to achieve your goals, but the key is keeping you interested enough to push yourself. If you're looking for someone to partner with to help you make some changes, I'm your gal!
