You can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home via Teletherapy and Videotherapy sessions. All you need is a smartphone or a laptop. I work with you to develop effective skills and coping mechanisms to manage depression and anxiety symptoms, insomnia, social isolation, relationship problems, communication issues, coparenting and custody challenges, chronic stress, job loss, as well as school related problems. I work with Adults, Couples, Teens, Families and Coparents.

I help you establish a quiet, private place in your home for your session. I offer a flexible schedule for those who have children or family members in the home. These sessions are about providing you with the support you need during this time. I work with you to improve your mood, manage anxious thoughts, deepen your relationships and build resilience.
