Chef Verdo has done some events for us along with cooked for my personal family for years.  He is a true professional.  Dependable, always on time, and most of all, he puts out incredible product.  My wife and I look forward to having him cook for us each year.  He has years of experience and it shows in his work.  Great to see someone so passionate about his career, but most of all his food is to die for. We recently hired Chef David to cook for us during the morning of my daughters wedding. He made a delicious brunch spread for 15 people and he also had some wonderful pastries. Kudos to the pastry chef as well :) it was great to watch Chef cook in front of us. He’s very friendly and outgoing and you can tell he loves what he does . He’s uses good ingredients for the food. Showed up on time and ready to start and he even cleans up after himself ladies!!! Can’t wait to have him cook for us again. I recently hired Chef David to cook a private meal for a bachelorette party of 23 people. We were blown away by the delicious meal and the level of service that we received. He came prepared with everything he needed for the meal, which made coordinating such a large group very easy. Chef David was amazing for my 40th pandemic birthday. He cooked for myself, my husband, my sister and my brother in law. He was on time and the food was outstanding. You can taste the passion in his food. We had a four course meal and the detail on each dish was noticed and appreciated. His service also was outstanding, provided all dishes, silverware and pots and pans. He left my house clean as a whistle and all our stomachs full and happy.
