I came to David with severe anxiety and difficulties with my family, that I had been unable to speak about for years. David allowed me the space to be completely open about who I was without judging or condemning me, even though I did not feel good about myself. It was easy to open up in his presence and he was both funny and eloquent in his insights about what was going on for me and was very good at painting a picture so I could have a better perspective. He allowed me to have my therapy the way I needed it and gave me the space to explore in my own way. In this sense it made a very safe environment for me, which was something I needed. He has a good sense of humor and is very enjoyable to work with, which makes the work that much easier. I'd definitely recommend him as a great therapist and someone you can really relate to like a real person. More...
