David has been my Chief Architect tutor for the past couple of years and he is wonderful. He's helped me to grow so much in the program and has given me the tools to move forward on my own. He is always so kind and patient and sincerely wants his clients to succeed. He is extremely knowledgeable not only about the Chief Architect programs but about residential construction in general. David came to my house with his laptop. Our architect was there too. I provided photos of finished kitchens I liked and a sketch of my own. David measured the entire area and input that data into the program he uses. He emailed, the now correct, plan to the architect who edited some design features to give me more space. In a few days, David returned and showed me the final layout in 3-D. He also showed me a "walk-through" view which made it seem as though I was walking through the finished kitchen. Later he emailed the plan to me along with instructions for how I could see the same views on my own computer.

I had looked up David's prior reviews and saw he has the highest rating of the very complex program, Chief Architect, and teaches it also. I highly recommend David and his process before committing to any extensive remodel. This would avoid disappointments and costly mistakes; considering this, I felt David's fee reasonable and a necessity. More...

I have been using David Potter for some time for architectural drawing and design work.
I and more importantly my customers have been nothing but pleased.
No only has David done what was asked but he has time and time gone above and beyond.
Using his years of architectural experience to enrich my concepts and design.
