What’s your signature dish?
Brisket, slow smoked and dry rubbed for 12 hours. We also won burger brawl Philadelphia, and best burger Philly magazine, best sandwich South Jersey Magazine and many others.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We look at your needs, your setup and recommend a menu that works for your even.
What do you love most about your job?
My amazing staff. Getting to cater the Phillies several times a year in they're locker room.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years working for other many other people we wanted the flexibility and freedom, and to bring our amazing house made specialties to our home town.
