What’s your signature dish?
We specialize in Italian food, fun buffets, mini bites and appetizers. We have found a creative way turn our favorite foods into bite-size creations for weddings, cocktail parties and corporate events. Some of our favorite mini bites include bite-size cheeseburgers, mini tacos, two-bite meatball sliders, seared scallops with pancetta on a spoon, and bite-size chicken parmesans.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Since we are all chefs at Dare To Taste, we listen to the client. We can create a menu based on the clients' needs. We make suggestions and work with each and every person for as long as it takes! Creating a perfect menu is the most important part of the process.
What do you love most about your job?
The people we cook for. If we are not hugging you as we walk out the door, we did something wrong. Cooking for other people is not a job. Its making memories.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in restaurants, I found not being able to speak with the person eating you food was a disconnect. I absolutely love, from start to finish, the entire process of planning a party, and I love seeing it come to fruition.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are extremely personable. We have no rules when it comes to the menu, and we absolutely love each and every one of our clients. It means a lot for us to be a part of somebody's special day.
